The alliance, signed with Dennis Te Klose, Executive Director of the Rotterdam team, will allow both clubs to choose young talent and coordinators of different training levels and send them to the Netherlands or Mexico to prepare under the methodology, ways of working and development of each champion institution.
Both organizations will develop training workshops for coaches, issue education programs, technical-tactical training, exchange medical and physical tools, operations and logistics, and sports intelligence tools, among others.
“We are thrilled to join Feyenoord because this type of alliance contributes to the football growth of our players, contributes to the structure of our academies, and allows us to take a step forward in the objective to consolidate our Youth Academy.” – Antonio Sancho, Vice President of Sports for Club Tigres.
This alliance adds to those already carried out by Club Tigres with Bayern Munich and Angel City FC, in addition to the tours of Europe and South America that took place last year to strengthen the work within the Youth Academy system.
This agreement with Feyenoord also leaves open the possibility of holding open discussions and best practices in commercial matters, sponsorships, social responsibility initiatives and even potential friendly matches for men, women and youth teams.
