Tigres and adidas launch the new jersey of the current champion of Liga MX

The eighth championship arrived at Tigres, the perfect moment to take the next step into our future. Today we present, in partnership with adidas, our new home jersey that will accompany us throughout the 2023-2024 season.
A Tigre is always proud of its past, in love with its present, and excited about the future. They are proud of their dedication, of that identity that makes them unique and makes them feel an incomparable love for their colors. This new jersey represents the magic of their work and their dedication to every game.
Inspired by the uniforms used from 1977 to 1981, adidas presents a design with a ribbed ‘V’ neck in the traditional auriazul color of the first era of our team. The jersey, designed for a comfortable playing field run, incorporates HEAT.RDY fabric, which maximizes airflow to keep the body cool. This intelligent design promotes ventilation and decreases skin sweat for more unrestricted movements that help improve performance.
Other vital design elements are the blue details on the collar and sleeves and the club crest. This garment is made with 50% Parley Ocean Plastic yarn. The material has been recovered from plastic waste collected on remote islands, beaches, communities, and coastal areas, avoiding polluting our oceans. This product contains 70% recycled material.
The purpose of this change is to seek to connect with the fans by reviewing the history of the team, resulting in a unique uniform, which will create new stories but, above all, will fill the fans with excitement, finding the perfect aesthetic and classic contrast; thus making a uniform that will show the powerful history of the TIGRES Clausura 2023 Champion.
This jersey will be worn for the first time on June 25th in Los Angeles, California, when we play against Pachuca during a new edition of the Campeón de Campeones.
The local jersey will be available in all our physical TigreTiendas and www.TigreTienda.com in its player and amateur versions.
