What are Tigres Academies?
The Tigres scouting area carries out tests throughout the year, free of charge, for players coming from the Tigres Academies.
We would like to inform all parents and child players that the only scouts authorized by the Tigres Club are Carlos Guerrero, Pavel Alvarado, Gerardo Salgado and Pablo Cardoza. Neither the Club nor its scouts charge for scouting.
The Tigres Academies are official Club Tigres soccer schools, where children and youngsters between the ages of 5 and 15 can train and develop their soccer skills under the club’s methodology and philosophy.
At these centers, thousands of youngsters practice the soccer that defines Tigres: clean, hard-hitting soccer that provides recreation for Mexican families and promotes this sport as an essential part of young people’s education.
We become aware of our social role
Aware of the social role of football in the training of children and youngsters, Tigres promotes this sport through the Tigres Academies, located in the state of Nuevo León, throughout the Mexican Republic, in the state of Texas and California in the United States, and internationally in Argentina, Colombia and Nigeria.

Every summer, these youngsters participate in the Tigres Academies International Tournament, which is held in La Cueva and is another opportunity to showcase the talents that could become candidates for the Fuerzas Básicas teams.
