Mia Fishel placed on the list of the best players in the u21 world

List made by ESPN

‘Big Fish’ was chosen as one of the 21 players to follow in the world.

ESPN International made a list of the women’s U21 soccer players with the most significant projection globally. It placed Mia Fishel, the forward of Tigres Femenil, in the 19th position.

Based in the United States, the sports channel annually launches a list of the players with the most significant projection, leaving a mark on the sport and figures of the future.

Our forward, Mia Fishel, was chosen as one of the 21 players to follow in the world, highlighting her qualities and the performance on the court that she has shown since she arrived at Tigres Femenil.

“There’s more to Fishel than scoring. The forward often is active in build-up plays and pressuring opposition. In the 18-yard box, the Tigres star has a knack for being in the right place at the right time for a close-range finish.”

Big Fish scored eight goals in the regular season and 4 in the Liguilla in her first tournament as Amazona, the second-best scorer of Tigres Femenil in the Clausura 2022, tied with Uchenna Kanu, and only below Stephany Mayor. She made 13 (11 in Liga and 2 in Liguilla).
