GOAL, a sports digital platform with worldwide reach, has recognized Jana Gutiérrez with the NXGN (Next Generation) award as one of the best young players with potential in the world, being the only player from Mexico in the list as well as the first Tigres player to receive this recognition.

The factors taken into account to be part of this list are the potential to be really great, how well they are performing, the level of competition they are playing at, among other things. For this year, they only considered players born after January 1, 2003.

Jana joined the club’s ranks in the summer of 2021 and through her football and talent has earned a spot in the starting XI of Roberto Medina. Since then, she has been key in the performance of the team and, without a doubt, she keeps developing her craft after every game.

We are proud that Jana has been recognized and that she represents the colors of our institution. The club and her teammates celebrate an achievement that surely is one of many that awaits her in her career.
