Recommendations for your visit to the Universitario Stadium
- The doors will open 3 hours before the start. Take your time and arrive before the referee kicks off the match!
- The stadium parking lot will open at 4:00 P.M., only for season ticket holders. If you do not have a parking pass, you can use the spaces at Palacio Sultán and Parque Ferromex (subject to their events), located on Manuel L. Barragán.
- Use public transportation to get there whenever possible (Bus: Route 017, Route 213, Route 227, Route 685, Metro: Line 2).
- Do not forget to carry your FanID QR code along with your season ticket/ticket. It is essential to present it at your access point, and if you arrive with enough time, your entry will be much faster, and you'll avoid lines.
- Enter the stadium at your assigned section through the access and gate indicated on your ticket and/or season pass.

- Wear the Tigres' skin, if you don’t have it yet, visit TigreTienda at the stadium or click on the online TigreTienda.
- If you see anyone displaying unusual behavior or putting you, your family, or other fans at risk, report them to the nearest stadium security guard.
- If you feel unwell and need medical attention before, during, or after the match, remember that we have EMME stations at Gates 2 and 8 where you can receive immediate care.
- Remember that you cannot bring food and beverages, sharp objects, or other items that may endanger your safety, your loved ones, or other fans into the stadium.
- Check the list of prohibited items near the stadium entrances.
- Bring your flag or banner of 1 meter by 1 meter to support our team until the end (flags without poles).
