Article 2. Purpose and Scope of Application
This Regulation aims to establish a set of measures designed to prevent, avoid, and, where necessary, address acts and expressions of violence, both physical and verbal, as well as racist, xenophobic, intolerant, or discriminatory behaviors carried out by Subscribers and Fans in general, including those in the section designated for visiting supporters, during Events and Matches held at the Stadium.
It also sets out the general conditions for access and presence in the Stadium during Matches and Events, establishing a disciplinary framework applicable to all Subscribers and Fans who intend to or have entered the Stadium for such Matches and Events. This is intended to ensure compliance with sporting and state regulations, safeguarding the security of Subscribers and Fans at all times and maintaining public order within the Stadium.
Specifically, the following issues are regulated under this Regulation:
a) Acts and expressions carried out by Subscribers and Fans attending the Stadium;
b) Any act, expression, or statement made by Subscribers and Fans that incites or fosters a climate conducive to violence or aggression in connection with the aforementioned events, even if these occur outside the Stadium, either before or after the Events or Matches;
c) The internal disciplinary regime applicable to Subscribers and Fans, regardless of where the violations related to this Regulation occur; and
d) The implementation of a Sanctioning Procedure to penalize conduct that violates this Regulation.
This Regulation has been developed in accordance with the principles outlined in the General Operations Regulation of the Estadio Universitario, as well as other internal regulations of Club Tigres, published on the official Tigres de la UANL website at https://www.tigres.com.mx/es/. Compliance with this Regulation, as well as with any other applicable regulations for Responsible Parties, is mandatory for both Subscribers and Fans, who indicate their agreement and acceptance of it upon entering the Stadium by any means.
Article 3. Responsible Parties
The following individuals or entities will be considered Responsible Parties under this Regulation, in a non-exhaustive manner:
a) Individuals or entities that use or utilize the Stadium facilities, regardless of whether such use occurs during a Match or an Event;

c) Individuals who exhibit racist, xenophobic, intolerant, or discriminatory attitudes, or other behaviors prohibited by applicable law, through any means;
d) Individuals who chant or express support in a manner that denigrates or insults the opponent, their supporters, individuals, entities, or institutions; and
e) Additionally, individuals who, by failing to exercise a minimum duty of care and while holding the status of Subscriber and/or Fan, allow or facilitate third parties, other than the Subscriber and/or Fan themselves, to commit any of the violations outlined in the preceding sections, may also be deemed responsible.
Article 4. Supplementary Provisions
Any situation not contemplated in this Regulation will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal provisions of the Liga MX Safety Regulations, the General Stadium Security Manual, the General Civil Protection Manual for Safe Stadiums, the General Operations Regulation of Estadio Universitario, or, if applicable, by agreement of the Administration and Operations Directorate of Tigres de la UANL. The aforementioned documents can be requested from Club Tigres at the Customer Service Offices.
Article 5. Applicability
Any Fan and/or Subscriber, by the mere act of entering the Stadium, is obligated to fully comply with this Regulation, as well as the applicable Federal, State, and Municipal legal provisions, and the provisions issued by the Authorities.
Subscribers and/or Fans who are minors are subject to this Regulation through the individuals exercising parental authority over them.
Title 2 - General conditions of access to the stadium
Article 6. Conditions of Access to the Stadium
Fans and Subscribers must enter the Stadium through the designated entry points indicated on their Tickets, where they must show them to the access staff.
Tickets are non-reusable — understanding that Subscriptions and Parking Subscriptions are granted for a year — so if a Fan and/or Subscriber enters and exits the Stadium, they must purchase a new Ticket to re-enter the Stadium.
Access will not be granted to anyone who does not present their corresponding Ticket, or presents a fake or illegally obtained Ticket, in which case, the bearer of such Ticket will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.
Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed entry to the Stadium without the company of an adult who can verify this condition. The adult accompanying the minor under 14 years old will be held responsible for all legal effects that may arise from the minor’s presence in the Stadium.
Tickets are personal, and therefore, provide access to the Stadium for only one Fan or Subscriber per Event or Match, regardless of the age of the Ticket holder.
Article 7. Devices for Access Control to the Stadium
In order to ensure compliance with the prohibitions and access conditions to the Stadium, the head of security at Club Tigres, in conjunction with the individuals responsible for coordinating security with law enforcement authorities, will determine for each Event and Match the implementation of controls, pat-downs, security devices, and/or other operational measures that may be adopted in accordance with the current legislation at the time.
Attendees are required to submit to the controls established for verifying access conditions and prohibitions, including but not limited to:
a) Being recorded by closed-circuit television systems at the Stadium, at its entrances, and inside the venue;
b) Undergoing personal searches by security personnel aimed at verifying the access conditions;
c) Submitting to security devices or other operational measures to ensure safe access, as may be adopted in accordance with current and applicable legislation;
d) Collaborating with the security staff or service personnel of Tigres de la UANL in order to control and secure access to the Stadium;
e) Presenting their Tickets; and

Club Tigres reserves the right to implement and apply new technologies dedicated to controlling and managing access to the Stadium, such as biometric recognition systems, smart cards, or other measures that may be adopted in accordance with the applicable current legislation.
Article 8. Stadium Access Hours
Abonados and Aficionados are required to respect the following entry and exit times for the Stadium:
a) Entry: Entry to the Stadium can be made up to 2 hours before each Match or Event; and
b) Exit: Exit from the Stadium must occur once the Match or Event has concluded, through the designated access points and doors, or whenever the Aficionado or Abonado wishes to leave, provided it is not after the Authorities announce that all Abonados and/or Aficionados must leave the Stadium.
Article 9. Prohibitions for Stadium Access
Under no circumstances and for no reason will the following persons be allowed entry to the Stadium, without exception:
a) Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or narcotics;

c) Persons whose clothing is contrary to good manners, improper for the dignity of other Aficionados or Abonados, or violates any prohibitions established in this Regulation or by the FMF;

This restriction applies even if the Aficionado or Abonado holds a valid Ticket or Season Pass, as per the Security Regulation of the League, with Club Tigres reserving the right of admission.

Failure to comply with the obligations established in this Regulation will result in, in addition to the consequences that may arise when such failures constitute crimes or offenses defined in criminal or administrative laws, the immediate expulsion of the offender from the Stadium where the Event or Match is being held, by the security personnel of Club Tigres or members of the State Security Authorities, without prejudice to the subsequent initiation of a disciplinary file and the imposition of applicable sanctions.
Fans or Season Ticket Holders who incur grounds for expulsion will be required to peacefully leave the Stadium, cooperating with the security personnel and/or the State Security Authorities. Expulsion from the Stadium will also occur if the individual engages in actions as a visiting fan in the local supporter zone, when this poses a risk to safety and public order.Don
a) El normal desarrollo de la competición;
b) La previsible evolución de los acontecimientos que pudiera suponer entre el público la orden de desalojo; y
c) La gravedad de los hechos acaecidos.
Title 4 - Boxes
Article 14. Entry and Use of the Stadium Boxes
Access to the box area will only be permitted to the Fan who holds the corresponding Entrance, Ticket, or accreditation for the specific Match or Event.
If any person occupies the box area or a specific box without proof of their right to use the seat through the appropriate Entrance or accreditation, they must vacate the seat upon request by the Stadium staff.
The box has a maximum capacity, which the Fan must respect. If this is not adhered to, the Stadium staff may ask the person who cannot justify their right to the seat with their Entrance or accreditation for the Match or Event to leave the box.
In the final phase, the Season Ticket Holder must acquire all the seats in the box. If this is not done, Club Tigres will make those seats available for sale.
Article 15. Interior and Furniture of the Box
The care of the box is the responsibility of the Season Ticket Holder and the Fan. All the furniture in each box is the property of Club Tigres.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Season Ticket Holder and the Fan to use the box correctly. In case of damage—whether intentional or accidental—both the furniture and the structure inside the box, the Season Ticket Holder or Fan will be held liable.
Any accessory that the Season Ticket Holder or Fan wishes to install in the furniture of the box or any remodeling of the area for greater comfort will be at their own expense. Once installed, these improvements will automatically become the property of Club Tigres. Therefore, upon the expiration of the right to use the box, its validity, or in the case of a cancellation, these improvements may not be removed, except for electrical appliances that are owned by the rights holder.
To carry out improvements inside the box, the interested party must submit a written request to the Stadium Maintenance Department Manager, who will respond after reviewing the request, approving or denying it.
Club Tigres is not responsible for thefts or accidents within the box due to circumstances attributable to the Season Ticket Holder, Fan, or their guests.
Article 16. Admission of Food and Beverages into the Box
Season Ticket Holders of the Box may, at their own risk, bring food and beverages—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—into the stadium, with beverages required to be in sealed containers. Any product brought by the Season Ticket Holder or Fan must correspond to the brands sponsored by Club Tigres, except for wine and spirits, which may be of any brand or production.
For the introduction of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, the Season Ticket Holder or Fan must pay the entry fee for the beverage prior to the match or event at the stadium’s offices, during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM). If the admission of food and beverages occurs on the day of the match or event exceptionally, the Season Ticket Holder or Fan must pay the fee at the designated counter, Window 1, at the stadium’s access point.
The Season Ticket Holder and Fan may only consume the food and beverages inside the Box.
The Season Ticket Holder and Fan release Club Tigres from any liability arising from the loss, theft, or misuse of food and beverages brought into the Box.
Title 5 - Season Ticket Holders
Article 17. Characteristics of the Season Ticket
The Season Ticket is personal and non-transferable, and its ownership belongs to Tigres de la UANL.
Article 18. Rights of the Season Ticket Holders
The Season Ticket holders of Club Tigres will have the following rights during the validity of their season tickets:
a) To attend the official Matches and Events for which the Season Ticket grants access during its validity;
b) Assignment of a Season Ticket number;
c) As a general rule, the Season Ticket holder may not transfer their Season Ticket. However, as an exception, the Season Ticket holder may voluntarily transfer their Season Ticket for those Matches and Events that they deem appropriate and are permitted to do so, under the following conditions: i) It is transferred exclusively through the platforms authorized by Club Tigres, ii) It is transferred without profit and at the price authorized by Club Tigres;
d) Access to the official Matches and Events for which the Season Ticket grants rights during its validity; and
e) Any other rights granted by Tigres de la UANL based on the Season Ticket holder’s status.
Article 19. Obligations of the Season Ticket Holders
The Season Ticket holder who purchases a Season Ticket, whether digital or physical, agrees to comply with all the guidelines and regulations established for the proper functioning of the Matches or Events at the Stadium. Failure to comply will result in penalties as determined by the Stadium’s responsible authorities.
The Season Ticket holder must carry their Season Ticket during their time at the Stadium; failure to do so will result in removal from the premises. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to return the Season Ticket to any person outside the Stadium under any circumstances. If this occurs, the Season Ticket will be immediately confiscated, and its use will be automatically suspended. In such a case, the Season Ticket holder will be notified of a warning. Recurring violations will lead to the cancellation of the account and the Season Ticket, with no refund.
The Season Ticket holder may not change seats within the Stadium, even if it is of lower cost.
The Season Ticket holder must respect all Health Protocols of the Estadio Universitario at all times, as well as follow the instructions of the Club Tigres staff. Additionally, Season Ticket holders are obliged to behave appropriately and ensure the safety and order within the Stadium at all times.
All other regulations established by Tigres de la UANL in this Regulation, as well as through official means, must also be followed.
Article 20. Acquisition of Season Tickets
The acquisition of the Season Ticket is always subject to availability.
To become a new Season Ticket holder of Club Tigres, it is mandatory to present a document that certifies the identity of the Season Ticket holder, complete the registration form with all the requested personal data, and sign the Consent Letter that will be presented for this purpose. In case the Season Ticket is acquired through Club Tigres’ official website, the provisions in this paragraph will also apply, with the understanding that the buyer must accept both the Privacy Notice (a requirement for acquiring the Season Ticket) and give consent to acknowledge and accept this Regulation.
Club Tigres may set a registration fee, regardless of the chosen location, at the time of registering for the Season Ticket.
Article 21. Renewal of Season Tickets
The renewal of the Season Ticket is always subject to availability.
The Season Ticket is the property of Tigres de la UANL, which reserves the right to renew the Season Ticket. Furthermore, it is established that only the person who can prove to be the account holder has the right to renew the Season Ticket, following the process assigned for this purpose.
The renewal of the Season Tickets will be carried out under the terms determined by Tigres de la UANL at each moment. In this sense, Club Tigres may establish a system for bank domiciliation or “online” renewals, with the possibility for Season Ticket holders to finance their tickets for subsequent renewal periods.
Club Tigres reserves the right of admission (the right to grant or renew Season Ticket status) for individuals who are, or have been, subject to complaints regarding any of the infractions listed in these regulations.
Article 22. Transfer, Assignment, or Change of Ownership of the Season Ticket
Tigres de la UANL does not recognize the permanent and paid transfer of a Season Ticket, which means transferring it permanently, in exchange for compensation, under the same conditions, to another non-season ticket holder.
Nevertheless, the Season Ticket holder may dispose of their Season Ticket under the terms described in Article 18 “Rights of the Season Ticket Holders.”
To exchange or transfer Season Tickets, the holder must follow these steps:
a) Provide their bank details, which Club Tigres requests be reviewed by the Season Ticket holder to ensure accuracy and completeness before continuing. It should be noted that the bank details are protected in accordance with the Privacy Notices of Club Tigres.
b) Each time the Season Ticket holder wishes to exchange Season Tickets, they will be required to enter their Season Ticket code, which can be found on the ticket.
Once the Season Ticket is registered and the transfer is accepted, the previous holder may not cancel or reverse the transfer under any circumstances.
If the exchange process is successful, 16 (sixteen) hours after the exchange purchase is successful, or a maximum of 1 (one) hour after the exchange period ends (whichever occurs first), the former holder will receive an email at the account registered with Club Tigres notifying them that the exchange process has been successful.
If the transfer process is not successful, 16 (sixteen) hours before the match for which the transfer was made, or a maximum of 1 (one) hour after the exchange period ends (whichever occurs first), the former holder will receive an email to their registered account at Club Tigres notifying them that the exchange process was unsuccessful.
If the exchange process is successful, the Season Ticket will be disabled, and the previous holder will not be able to use it for the match for which the exchange was activated. If the previous holder is caught using the transferred ticket, which has been confirmed as successfully exchanged, they may face a penalty. If this behavior is repeated, the Season Ticket may be canceled without prior notice, and no compensation will be provided for the cancellation.
If the exchange process is successful, the former holder will receive payment for the exchange under the following terms:
a) The payment will be made within 5 (five) business days following the date of the match for which the Season Ticket exchange was activated.
b) The corresponding payment will be deposited into the bank account provided at the time of activating the Season Ticket exchange.
c) If the provided CLABE (interbank key) is invalid, the Club Tigres Support Department will contact the former holder by email to request the review of the CLABE or to submit evidence that the provided data is correct.
d) The amount received by the previous holder for the successful exchange operation will be the price paid for the Season Ticket divided by the number of matches in the season. This will not apply to the Liga MX playoff period.
Article 23. Modification of Subscriber Information
It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to provide Club Tigres with their personal and contact information and to notify any changes or modifications to such information.
Club Tigres is not responsible for any consequences that arise from the Subscriber’s failure to update their information, such as loss of subscription status, returned receipts, misdirected mail, missed renewals, or other issues.
Article 24. Access to the Stadium
The Subscriber must present their valid Season Ticket at the corresponding gate on the day of the Event or Match to enter the Stadium. The receipt or invoice will not be valid as access, and it is essential to retain the Season Ticket during its validity for future clarifications and/or replacements.
Article 25. Cancellation of Subscription Status
Subscribers who do not renew their Season Ticket during the established renewal period, or who are canceled at any point during the season, will forfeit their assigned seat.
A provisional confiscation will occur if the Subscriber exhibits behavior that violates the Stadium Regulations, in which case the use of the Season Ticket will be suspended until it is reactivated. In the event of a serious offense, either inside or outside the Stadium, by the Season Ticket holder, their subscription will be canceled, and Club Tigres reserves the right to refuse admission to the person responsible for the misconduct.
Any clarification by the Subscriber regarding the application of sanctions or penalties must be submitted in writing within 3 days from the day following the removal of the Season Ticket by Stadium staff.
In cases where a request for the return of a confiscated Season Ticket is made, the account holder must submit a written statement explaining the incident and attach a copy of their ID and the invoice.
Family members of a deceased Subscriber must inform Club Tigres in writing (via postal mail or email), attaching a copy of the death certificate. If any infraction occurs during the renewal of the deceased’s subscription by family members, the Season Ticket will be confiscated without the possibility of a refund, and legal consequences may follow due to fraudulent use.
In cases of infraction by a Subscriber regarding the use of their Season Ticket or for violent, racist, or xenophobic behavior, or in the event of invading the playing field, the subscription will be canceled without the possibility of a refund and without prejudice to legal responsibility that may arise from fraudulent use.
Article 26. Duplicate, Resale, or Occasional Rental of Season Tickets
The holder of the Season Ticket grants Club Tigres the right to retain, cancel without refund, and possibly submit the Season Ticket to the competent authorities when its use is improper, constitutes a crime, or has been involved in unauthorized resale or occasional rental. Unauthorized resale or rental is defined as the transfer of the Season Ticket to any individual in exchange for money, regardless of whether the amount is greater, lesser, or equal to the ticket price, on any physical and/or digital platforms not authorized by Club Tigres.
Club Tigres will apply and determine the corresponding sanctions or penalties for violations mentioned in this chapter after analyzing the infraction committed by the Subscriber or the person holding the Season Ticket.
Title 6 - Amateurs in general
Article 27. Rights of the Fans
Fans will have the same rights as the Subscribers, as established in this Regulation, as well as any other special rights granted by Tigres de la UANL based on the acquisition of the Ticket.
Article 28. Obligations of the Fans
The Fan who purchases a Ticket, whether digital or physical, agrees and is obligated to comply with all the guidelines and regulations established for the proper functioning of Matches or Events at the Stadium. Failure to do so will result in the imposition of sanctions as determined by the Stadium authorities.
Fans will also have the same obligations as the Subscribers, as well as any special obligations specified by Tigres de la UANL based on the acquisition of the Ticket.
Article 29. Ticket Acquisition
In the case of purchasing Tickets online, physical tickets will not be issued. The Tickets are obtained at the time of purchase by downloading them either from the link shown at the end of the purchase, from the user profile in the “my purchases” section, or via the link sent to the email. This electronic version is valid for entry and must be shown upon arrival at the event on any mobile device.
Physical Tickets can be obtained through the purchase of Tickets at any of the authorized sales points or through the Stadium box office.

Article 38. General Provisions
In accordance with the regulations set forth by the FMF Security Regulation for Official Matches, it is necessary for Club Tigres to internally establish through this Regulation the specific manner in which aspects related to Animation Groups and/or recognized supporter groups are regulated. This includes the implementation of strategies aimed at maintaining security, comfort, and harmony in the organization and execution of this sports event, considering it both a necessity and an obligation.
Article 39. Members of the Animation Group
All members of the Animation Group will be duly credentialed, with all of their personal information stored in the Club Tigres Operations and Security file. This is aimed at identifying individuals who commit or provoke violent acts or disrupt the peaceful environment within the stadiums. Therefore, the identification of these individuals is critical, as it helps facilitate the enforcement of the admission policy. Additionally, minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the areas designated for the Animation Groups.
The designated area for the Animation Group is the ZONE OF THE NORTH GOAL, GATE 6A of the Stadium. This area is enclosed with a cyclone fence, and it has five emergency exits to the stadium and one to the field.
For their own safety, every member of the Animation Group will be subject to security checks by Club Tigres Internal Security, as well as by the authorities, to ensure compliance with the regulations.
